I was going to link Last Days but it's so depressing (and it's only partially based on Kurt anyhow )I'd rather remember him for the right reasons not the stupid reasons (if he had a sore back and stomach why not go see doctor  instead on getting hooked on scag ..he could afford to by 92 I've never understood that..pisses me off more than anything that he did something so dumb .
Watching these home videos and The Year that Punk Broke they were very funny guys Krist reminds me alot of a giant Andy Kaufman

More of Kurt and the boys, (as well as Sonic Youth , Ramones , Gumball, Dinosaur Jr , Babes in Toyland,and Mudhoney.. jeez those were the days before the rubbish English press thought up The term the New Wave of New Wave (which eventually became Brit Pop came along to sludge into medocrity and The likes of Muse and Coldplay (The Genesis and Yes of the present day,  rich kids making dull music ) very sad .The truth of the matter is Grunge never exsisted it was punk rock influnced by Sabbath (who in a way were like a Brit Stooges)I describe Grunge as Davy Allen's  form of biker music not what was coming out of the Amercian northwest at that time , I don't like labels I imagine Kurt didn't either good music outlives trends everytime .
Some good came out of it  Brit Pop  The Autuers ,Pulp, Radiohead  and some songs by Oasis  but nothing can ignite me in the way Nirvana and Mudhoney did back in the day guess you have to be a certain age(geez I hope not)..More about Mr Cobain later tonight

I'll be featuring a few Nirvana posts today , great to hear Love Buzz again , first time I heard it on Radio was 21 years ago on John Peel , I knew about Mudhoney Tad and The Fluid (I was about 15 or 16 then .. but when I heard this well I instantly looked up the word Nirvana in the dictionay , I ve been another person ever since)
