Here's a film that I saw back in 1989 back when Channel 4 used to show decent foreign movies (these days it just shows Bollywood nonsense for some reason , tv has lost touch with people curious to see any thing that might make them think)
This film has haunted me since then if you see the last half an hour of this movie you will know what I mean .Idi i Smotri is certainly up there with Apocalypse Now (in fact title comes from the Book of Revelations) a depiction of hell on earth all the more so as events like these did take place.
