AKA Murder my Sweet seeing as Dick Powell who plays Marlowe here didn't want people to think it was a musical (as he was famous for those type of films beforehand , this aint no musical lol )+an interview conducted by Ian Fleming to the author of the original Marlowe novels Raymond Chandler .. I read his final completed novel Playback(they really should make that into a film someday,, I also need to track down Poodle Springs(his final uncompleted novel which I also read which was adapted into a tv movie so I hope I can post it here someday ,The book itself sums up an end of an era and the beginning of a new one I wonder if they captured that on film ?)
