Indiana Clones

The Early 80's were great for imported telly and" Tales of the Gold Monkey" was a godsend for a 8 year old kid (me!)when it first aired back in 82 on a Friday night I was hooked from word go , the main guy was an ex flying tiger(ex? did he desert? the war between Japan and China was in full swing at the time period  the series was set)who flew a Grumman Goose flying boat(wouldn't it be great to own one of those?) and had a one eyed mutt called Jack .The series only lasted 21 episodes ..not sure it's ever been repeated , but here's opening credits and a few clips from the show..
Another Jones Clone although it would be unfair to say that as the character Allan Quartermain was in fact created in 1885 by H.Rider Haggard but as you will see from these two movies they bare little resemblence to original books still good old fashioned fun none the less and Sharon Stone should get an Oscar for her heavy breathing in these films lol
